Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage cleaning and operations across multiple sites
- Lead, train, and motivate supervisors, team leaders, and cleaning staff to ensure service excellence
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and performance across all assigned locations
- Coordinate with clients and respond promptly to operational concerns, complaints, and service requests
- Ensure proper utilization of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
- Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and client feedback reports
- Ensure all sites comply with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Facilities Management, Cleaning, or Soft Services within the GCC
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple locations/sites simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methodologies, chemicals, equipment, color coding systems, and industry best practices
- Experience handling large workforces in a facilities management environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations effectively
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid GCC driving license preferred
- BICSc, ISSA, or other cleaning industry certifications will be an advantage
