- Always monitor children to ensure a safe play environment
- Prevent accidents and respond quickly to any incidents or injuries
- Enforce play area rules and age appropriate usage of equipment
- Ensure children are handled with care, patience, and attentiveness
- Welcome children and parents in a friendly and approachable manner
- Explain play area rules, timings, and safety guidelines
- Address concerns or complaints professionally
- Maintain a fun, active, and inclusive atmosphere
- Keep play equipment, toys, and floors clean and sanitized
- Ensure proper hygiene practices (hand sanitizing, clean play surfaces)
- Report any damaged or unsafe equipment immediately
- Maintain order in the play area and prevent overcrowding
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in childcare, play school, daycare, or similar role
