Senior SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Purpose

Incident Management

• Manage and resolve SuccessFactors incidents with minimal disruption to HR operations.
• Receive, assess, and prioritize tickets across SuccessFactors modules.
• Support SAP Payroll and Time Management incidents and investigate technical, functional, and data-related issues.
• Implement solutions efficiently and meet established service level agreements.

Business Process Enhancement

• Support and optimize SuccessFactors modules to improve functionality, system performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Configure and customize business areas to align system behavior with requirements and constraints.
• Prepare test scripts and perform unit, integration, performance, user acceptance, regression, and client-specific testing.
• Provide functional specifications to technical teams for custom development requirements.

Documentation and Delivery

• Document configuration settings and prepare guidelines for future modifications or repairs.
• Complete planned activities within delivery schedules and use resources effectively.
• Provide periodic reports detailing planned task execution and deviations.
• Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences and Systems or a relevant field.
• Six to ten years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, applications, and system testing.
• Ability to comply with policies, procedures, work instructions, quality controls, and HSE requirements.
