- Supervise and inspect structural construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to approved design drawings and specifications
- Conduct detailed technical reviews of structural work, identifying and resolving discrepancies or deviations
- Analyze structural performance and quality issues, providing recommendations for corrective actions
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of structural elements and compliance with safety protocols
- Review and approve material certifications, test reports, and quality documentation
- Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily reports, inspection logs, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, regulations, and project specific requirements
- Collaborate with design team to address field conditions and provide technical guidance on structural modifications
- Conduct regular site meetings to communicate progress, address concerns, and maintain project schedule alignment
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff on structural best practices and quality standards
- Perform quality assurance inspections and coordinate third party testing and inspections as required
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in structural engineering
- At least 5 years in site supervision or site management roles
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAP2000, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with BIM coordination
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi building codes and regional construction standards
- Professional Engineering License (PE) or equivalent professional certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic preferred

Qualifications

- Professional Engineering License (PE) or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with project management tools and documentation systems
- Ability to work independently and make decisive technical decisions in a fast paced environment
