Lead and oversee structural design, analysis, site execution, and technical coordination for construction projects.
Ensure structural safety, quality, code compliance, and timely completion of engineering deliverables.
Experience and Education
- Requires 8–12+ years of relevant structural engineering experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Requires a B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with specialization or strong experience in Structural Engineering.
- An M.E. or M.Tech in Structural Engineering is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, RCC structures, steel structures, foundations, and structural detailing.
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and relevant structural design software.
- Knowledge of IS codes, structural design standards, and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, coordination, leadership, and team-management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design activities and prepare, review, and approve drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, project managers, contractors, and external consultants.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, steel structures, foundations, and other critical works.
- Resolve design discrepancies, clashes, site issues, and structural risks while maintaining structural integrity.
- Review shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules, material submissions, and structural specifications.
- Support project planning, estimation, budgeting, value engineering, documentation, and technical approvals.
- Ensure projects meet approved quality, cost, timeline, code, and safety requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with high-rise residential buildings, commercial buildings, villas, residential developments, RCC and steel structures, foundation works, structural rehabilitation, or large-scale construction projects.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay is ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month.
- Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
