Role Overview

Accountabilities

  • Own key operational areas by acting as a strategic operator responsible for identifying opportunities, defining priorities, and driving execution.
  • Use advanced data analysis and SQL skills to generate insights, evaluate performance, and support strategic decision making.
  • Develop growth strategies for product lines by partnering with internal teams to improve offerings, optimize funnels, and increase customer engagement.
  • Define, track, and communicate operational OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of products, features, operational teams, and business processes.
  • Lead cross functional projects focused on scaling operations, optimizing workflows, and improving organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop go to market programs for new initiatives, including vendor management, business application evaluation, onboarding processes, and operational support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen networks, optimize company functions, and improve customer and partner experiences.
  • Present recommendations, insights, and project outcomes to leadership and key decision makers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, technology operations, business analytics, project management, or related fields.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to work hands on with data manipulation, analysis, and reporting on a daily basis.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience transforming complex datasets into actionable insights using data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing CRM processes, workflows, and integrations to support business objectives.
  • Proven ability to build and improve end to end operational processes for new products and existing business functions.
  • Operations focused mindset with a passion for simplifying processes, improving efficiency, and delivering results.
  • Strong cross functional leadership skills with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insights and recommendations clearly.
