Overview
- Supervise daily warehouse/store operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production departments.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for dairy and beverage products
- Handle material receiving inspections and verify delivery documents.
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities and optimize storage space utilization
- Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas and ensure product quality standards.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Prepare inventory reports, discrepancy reports, and stock movement analysis.
- Supervise store assistants, forklift operators, and warehouse helpers
- Minimize stock damage, wastage, and expiry losses.
