Overview
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and breakdown).
- Maintain and troubleshoot:
- Krones
- filling, labeling, and packaging systems
- SIDEL
- blow molding, filling, and packaging equipment
- Work with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and automation systems.
- Ensure proper calibration and setup of machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution of equipment failures
- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Conduct shift handovers and daily briefings
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with HSE standards.
- Enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
