- Conduct laboratory tests including fat, protein, moisture, solids, pH, acidity, and microbiological sampling
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, GMP, and UAE food safety regulations
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Investigate customer complaints and non conforming products
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance within the food industry
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP
- Ability to perform laboratory tests (fat, protein, moisture, pH, microbiological)
- Familiarity with UAE food safety regulations
