- Align Business training plans and initiatives with RTA overall strategy and agencies directives.
- Link Business training programs with IPP, competency frameworks and succession planning requirements in talent management systems.
- Review and recommend Business and behavioural training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives.
- Develop and maintain plans to qualify internal trainers in Business and critical fields to strengthen knowledge transfer.
- Represent the Business training function in cross departmental committees and forums, presenting training insights and recommendations.
- Build networks and identify external vendors, and review and approve Business training curricula within delegated authority.
- Plan and monitor the Business training calendar with budget oversight and capacity alignment.
- Implement Business training plans with organizational units, ensuring adherence to schedules, enrolment targets and agreed quality standards.
- Follow up on execution of contracts with Business training providers, verifying delivery against approved conditions and service levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement and finance on Business training related sourcing and processing.
- Organize Business workshops, seminars and conferences, managing planning and execution.
- Provide guidance, coaching and day to day support to team members involved in Business training coordination and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in HR
- 6+ years in case of Master's degree (8+ years in case of Bachelor's degree)
- Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting for learning and development programs
- Skilled in instructional design and curriculum development aligned with organizational goals
- Experience in designing and implementing effective learning strategies
- Ability to conduct ROI assessments for training and development initiatives
- Understanding of the organization's business context and operational requirements
- Expertise in training needs analysis (TNA) and competency gap identification
- Experience managing training operations and learning center activities
- Competence in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Skilled in presentation design and executive reporting of learning outcomes
- Knowledge of strategic workforce intelligence and data driven talent development

Qualifications
