Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruiting processes and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization.
As a Senior Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change, with a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates who align with our company values and culture.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will represent our brand at various networking events and liaise with external partners.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from talent sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other platforms to enhance recruiting efforts.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors for specialized roles.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and processes.
- Drive employment branding initiatives to enhance organizational reputation externally.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for various levels of roles and industries.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with state and federal employment laws and guidelines.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
