Responsibilities
- Identify key internal and external stakeholders, analyze interests and align expectations with EC&FZ cluster strategy
- Represent EC&FZ at regulatory meetings, and stakeholder conferences to advocate for key priorities and strengthen partnerships
- Review, analyze, and incorporate stakeholder feedback into organizational strategies to improve alignment and outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for major stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively
- Analyse, direct effective execution, and conduct regular evaluation of stakeholder programs and initiatives
- Maintain strong and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and participate in meetings, events, and forums to foster engagement and gather feedback
- Deliver regular reports to the line Manager on the cluster’s engagement activities, performance and recommendation plans
- Plan the operating needs of the department and obtain requisite approvals
- Ensure that stakeholder management strategies are aligned with overall business objectives, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that drive EC&FZ growth
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure partnerships align with EC&FZ goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Excellent English and Arabic
- A minimum of 12 15 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience working with government entities, regulatory bodies, and/or large corporate organizations
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement strategies and relationship management best practices
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with organizational goals
