Role Purpose
- To lead strategic performance reporting, financial modeling, provide expert advice on tax, Zakat, and risk management to drive informed decision making, according to the policies and procedures followed in Elm.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Develop and implement strategies for improved performance reporting
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions
- Develop KPI dashboards for senior management
- Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes for optimization
- Build dynamic financial models for scenario analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and analysis
- Provide insights for decision making based on financial modelling
- Implement advanced data visualization tools for executive reporting
- Conduct training sessions for executives on interpreting complex financial reports
- Prepare high level financial reports to the executive team and board
- Summarize complex financial information into actionable insights
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis
