Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP systems and associated business processes
- Prepare business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system capabilities
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of ERP modules and business applications
- Analyze enhancement requests and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for ERP enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through ERP capabilities and automation
- Support digital transformation initiatives by enabling process optimization and system integration
- Support integration activities between ERP and internal corporate systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system related issues affecting business operations
- Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and business analytics related to ERP operations
- Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external vendors to support ERP initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in ERP systems, business analysis, digital transformation initiatives, or enterprise application management
- Professional certifications in ERP platforms, business analysis, or project management are considered an advantage

- ROLE PURPOSE: To support the development, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions by analyzing business requirements, managing system enhancements, and ensuring alignment between business processes and technology capabilities.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in ERP platforms, business analysis, or project management are considered an advantage.
- 4–6 years of experience in ERP systems, business analysis, digital transformation initiatives, or enterprise application management, with exposure to process improvement and business systems implementation.
