- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business, product, and customer growth objectives
- Identify growth opportunities across marketing channels, customer segments, and B2B digital product markets
- Plan and manage marketing initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth
- Design and execute demand generation campaigns to attract and acquire qualified B2B customers
- Manage marketing activities across digital channels, including paid, owned, and earned channels
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, funnel progression, and customer conversion outcomes
- Analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across key funnel stages
- Develop and execute initiatives to optimize awareness, consideration, conversion, and engagement stages
- Conduct marketing experiments and measure the impact of growth initiatives on funnel performance
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and growth KPIs
- Develop reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and provide actionable business insights
- Translate data analysis into recommendations to improve marketing performance, ROI, and decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 4 6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or related roles
- Experience working in B2B environments, preferably within technology companies, SaaS, or digital platforms
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition channels
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
- Experience in analyzing marketing data and generating actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver professional business presentations
