Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, IT Business Intelligence to drive innovation and digital transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry) for enterprise scale deployments
- Fine tune, deploy, and manage LLMs (e.g., GPT 4o, GPT 3.5) for business specific use cases, including text generation, summarization, and intelligent automation
- Create and orchestrate complex AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel) and tools like Azure Functions and Logic Apps
- Build and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service
- Integrate AI capabilities into the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) to enable rapid, low code application development
- Develop and manage Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Oracle)
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all deployed Azure AI solutions, including containerization and orchestration using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
- 4 7 years of experience in AI/ML development, specifically with enterprise grade solutions
- Hands on experience with Microsoft AI Ecosystem, Programming & Frameworks, Generative AI & LLMs, AI Orchestration, Data & Integration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers
- Resilience and a proactive approach to project challenges

Job Purpose
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, IT Business Intelligence to drive innovation and digital transformation across the organization.
- This role requires deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying advanced, enterprise grade AI solutions.
- The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into scalable AI applications, leveraging cutting edge technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry) for enterprise scale deployments.
- Fine tune, deploy, and manage LLMs (e.g., GPT 4o, GPT 3.5) for business specific use cases, including text generation, summarization, and intelligent automation.
