Responsibilities
- Manage Solution delivery
- Translate the business challenges, troubleshoot the site based evidence for specific solutions being identified
- Translate the priority elements of solutioning required to meet the Business Unit objectives for the technology domain(s)
- Resolve technical and integration issues impacting initiative outcomes
- Ensure solutions designs are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Guide delivery teams including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists to ensure correct implementation of the solution design
- Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout delivery
- Ensure implementation meets agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations
- Work with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities
- Surface technical trade offs, risks, and dependencies early
Requirements
- Experience in technical solution architecture and design ownership
- Ability to guide delivery teams including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists
- Strong problem structuring and communication skills
- Ability to operate across multiple initiatives concurrently

Role Summary
- Captures the Statement of Requirements for initiatives, troubleshoot the current and future states and drive the package of works showing value through quarters
- Define the solution plans, inline with the Platform and Solution Architects, assist the business unit delivery with site based deployments and management.
