Excellence Management

  • Develop and implement methodologies for the Academy's participation in internal, external, national, and international Excellence Awards in coordination with all divisions.
  • Plan and facilitate organizational self assessment sessions, prepare assessment findings, and develop improvement plans to address identified gaps.
  • Prepare and manage the Academy's Excellence Award submissions, conduct review sessions with relevant divisions, incorporate amendments, and maintain version control.
  • Coordinate with all divisions to ensure effective implementation of Excellence Program requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the Academy's Internal Excellence Awards, including development and implementation of associated plans.
  • Deliver Excellence awareness and capacity building sessions, collect feedback, identify improvements, and submit reports to the Section Manager.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Quality and Excellence Section Manager (e.g., section operation planning, budgeting, performance reporting).

Integrated Management System (IMS) & ISO

  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance procedures that comply with ISO requirements in coordination with the Institutional Effectiveness Division.
  • Plan, manage, and conduct the MRM & IMS Internal Audit Program, including preparing annual audit plan, establishing audit teams, reviewing checklists, and preparing final reports.
  • Monitor implementation and closure of audit findings and corrective/preventive actions and provide progress reports to Top Management.
  • Review and continuously improve policies, business processes, and procedures within the IMS framework.
  • Coordinate and organize external ISO surveillance, certification, and recertification audits, ensuring all divisions are prepared.
  • Coordinate implementation and ongoing compliance with ISO standards across the Academy.
  • Deliver Quality Management and Continuous Improvement awareness sessions, gather feedback, and provide recommendations.
