Senior Specialist - HSE Subsea

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain business management systems, HSE frameworks and quality standards across operational sites.
• Drive compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Oversee risk management activities, audits, inspections, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Support the safe execution of AIR and SAT Diving and ROV operations.
• Develop and review HIRAs, HAZIDs, HAZOPs, SIMOPS, SWIFTs, Bridging Documents, Emergency Response Plans and Safety Cases.

Experience and Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant HSE or Quality experience is required.
• Offshore project experience is preferred, with strong hands-on exposure to Diving and ROV operations required.
• A 3-year degree or Associate Degree is required.
• Chartered IOSH membership or a NEBOSH Diploma at NVQ Level 6 or higher is required.
• Technical Diving or ROV qualifications are required.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is required.
• Advanced Incident Investigation certification is required.
• Valid BOSIET and H2S OPITO credentials are required.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of IMCA and IOGP guidelines is required.
• Strong knowledge of offshore risk management, audits, safety culture and regulatory compliance is required.
• GCC and Survey experience would be an advantage.
