- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Analyze HSE data and trends to improve safety performance.
- Lead development and delivery of HSE training programs.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate HSE into projects.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and track progress.
- Provide technical expertise on HSE issues including regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
- Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and industry associations.
- Support development of emergency response and crisis management plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional diploma or Certification in Occupational HSE / Process Safety / Risk Management preferred

- Professional diploma or Certification in Occupational HSE / Process Safety / Risk Management preferred.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance.
- Proficiency in HSE analysis and reporting.
