Role Overview
Manage the day-to-day operational performance of Qiddiya DMO's distribution channels.
Ensure bookable products are accurately listed, competitively priced, and performing across active distribution touchpoints.
Work with the Senior Manager, OTA contacts, technology vendors, and internal teams.
OTA Account Operations
- Manage OTA content updates, rate loading, availability, promotions, access, permissions, and reporting configurations.
- Monitor OTA content quality, review ratings, and listing rankings, and resolve day-to-day platform issues.
GDS and Channel Management
- Manage GDS content, rate loading, and availability across Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
- Configure the Channel Management System and maintain connectivity between the CRS and distribution channels.
- Resolve connectivity issues, rate parity violations, and inventory discrepancies.
Trade Partner Support
- Manage the Trade Partner Portal, including access, content, booking tools, and partner queries.
