Front Desk Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional, and efficient welcome.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, requests, and inquiries.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other guest communications.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain guest records and update information in the hotel system.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate matters when necessary.
- Process payments and assist with cashiering procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front desk area.
- Follow hotel security, safety, and operational procedures.
- Support the Front Office team and perform other duties assigned by management.
