Senior Specialist, DevOps Engineer

Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Optimize build workflows: automated execution, pull request validation, unit testing, and quality checks.

Collaborate with teams to enhance and maintain CI processes across multiple repositories.

Work to ensure builds are reproducible, stable, fast, and scalable.

Participate in improving CI cycle times and feedback processes across the organization.

Support quality standards through CI by integrating analysis tools, setting up coverage checks, and maintaining process reliability.

Act as a primary contact for CI-related repositories and encourage adherence to security and governance guidelines.

Provide troubleshooting for CI pipelines, investigate issues, and partner with developers to resolve them.

Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency.

Experience working with CI tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Gradle, Maven) and Git workflows, including pull request processes.

Knowledge of automated testing practices, code quality tooling, and CI pipeline optimization.

Ability to design and optimize CI workflows for efficiency.
