Develop, deliver, and maintain an enterprise-level data strategy and governance program.

Data Governance
- Design and roll out an enterprise-wide data governance framework focused on data quality, security, and privacy.
- Establish policy and procedural frameworks for enterprise data governance and management practices.
- Maintain an inventory of enterprise information assets, authoritative systems, and owners.
- Define governance roles, responsibilities, and accountability for stewardship of information assets.
- Facilitate adoption of data quality and data protection standards across the enterprise.
Risk Management
- Establish the enterprise risk management framework, assessment methodologies, and related practices.
- Support risk champions and practice owners in identifying, assessing, and reporting digital risks.
- Maintain risk registers and conduct periodic reviews in line with the enterprise risk management framework.
Relationships and Vendors
- Liaise between business, operations, and technology teams to clarify sensitive-data protection requirements.
- Manage escalated issues from business and operational data governance representatives.
- Provide technical guidance for market analysis and identification of relevant data protection vendors.
- Develop RFPs and RFQs and guide tender, contractual, and service-level agreement documentation.
Supervision and Operations
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate assigned activities to meet functional objectives.
- Train and develop assigned staff on relevant skills and business requirements.
- Support budgets, work plans, approved policies, procedures, performance objectives, and management reports.
- Design tools and techniques and identify process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or an equivalent field.
- A master’s degree is preferable.
- At least 10 years of experience in a major organization, preferably in consulting with international-market exposure.
- Experience with large-scale data governance audits, governance management systems, oversight, supervision, or transformation leadership.
- Practical experience in data governance, enterprise information asset management, and data protection.
- Knowledge of digital governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, risk management, business continuity, and technology architecture.
- Consulting skills with knowledge of change management, communication, cultural change, and performance measurement design.
Additional Requirements
Comply with HSE policies, applicable legislation, sustainability guidelines, international standards, and ADNOC codes of practice.
Maintain professional relationships with internal leaders, Group Companies, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and technology providers.
Support company knowledge management, quality management, business excellence, and customer experience initiatives.
