About the Role
PROZ Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance core banking systems in Doha, Qatar. The role requires strong technical expertise in Java Web Services, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Oracle PL/SQL, along with functional knowledge of banking operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide BAU support for core banking systems to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Configure, test, simulate, and troubleshoot core banking system functionalities
- Analyze production issues and identify root causes to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with business operations teams to gather requirements and resolve system related issues
- Communicate with business stakeholders to understand functional challenges and provide effective solutions
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) activities related to core banking systems
- Generate ad hoc reports for business analysis and operational requirements
- Support core banking system releases, patches, and production deployments
- Perform testing and resolve discrepancies identified during UAT and production support
- Coordinate with third party vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements
Requirements
- Experience in Java Web Services

- Basic functional knowledge of Core Banking or Banking Operations
- Basic Linux command line skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
