Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and application status
- Support recruitment documentation and onboarding activities
- Assist with day to day HR and Talent Acquisition operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar with immediate availability are preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Doha, Qatar.
