Role overview
Lead technical pre-sales and customer success across the commercial footprint, anchored in Riyadh and expanding into the region.
Serve as the technical authority mapping think AI Nodes and ILM to customer environments, workloads, and constraints.
The role is customer-facing every day and belongs to the Field Engineering team.
What you will do
- Own technical solution design for every major deal and translate customer requirements into winning hardware and software configurations.
- Lead customer workshops, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept scoping with architects and engineering teams.
- Manage the Solutions Engineer and Customer Support Technician, including hiring and development as the team grows.
- Own technical RFP responses and provide a clear technical point of view.
- Bridge sales and engineering by carrying customer pain to product teams and engineering confidence to customers.
- Run technical onboarding and oversee deployments from kickoff to go-live.
What you need
- At least eight years as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or equivalent customer-facing technical professional in AI, accelerated compute, server, or data centre infrastructure.
