The channel largely does not exist yet, so this is a channel-building role rather than a people-management role.
Workplace and employment

What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners across the region.
- Build the commercial framework for margins, deal registration, tiering, and rules of engagement.
- Create technical training, positioning, and competitive materials for partners.
- Run joint pipeline with partners and hold them accountable for progress.
- Advocate internally for the channel's needs from product and marketing.
What you need
- Six or more years of channel or partner management experience in enterprise technology.
- Experience building a channel rather than inheriting one.
- Comfort with partner economics and negotiating them.
- Fluent English is required.
- Arabic is a strong advantage.
Useful experience
- Existing partner relationships across the GCC are useful but not required.
- Hardware or infrastructure channel experience is useful but not required.
- Experience launching a partner programme from scratch is useful but not required.
