Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a Solution Consulting role
- 2+ years experience in HR function or equivalent
- Dynamic and credible expert with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Extensive experience in HR/recruitment technology space with in depth knowledge of HCM, ATS, and CRM platforms
- Subject matter expert in recruitment lifecycle, especially high volume and frontline hiring
- Passion for conversational AI, machine learning, and automation

About the Role
- Workday is looking for outstanding HCM Pre Sales Solution Consultant for our new Dubai office to partner with Sales across the MENA region. This is your chance to demonstrate the product, and extend the value of next generation HCM to our customers.
Tasks/Description
- The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
- Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
- Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
- Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
- Assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs.
- Building trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision makers in an evaluation process
- Continuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge through the learning opportunities provided by Workday
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a Solution Consulting role
- 2+ years experience in HR function or equivalent
Other Qualifications
- You are a dynamic and credible expert ready to sell the future of work today.
- You are an exceptional, dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of capturing the attention of a C level Human Resources leadership audience.
- Extensive experience in the HR/recruitment technology space, with in depth knowledge of HCM, ATS, and Candidate Relationship Management platforms and their application in optimising talent acquisition processes.
- You are a subject matter expert when it comes to the recruitment lifecycle, particularly the challenges and opportunities in high volume and frontline hiring.
- You have a profound passion for conversational AI, machine learning, and automation and believe that agentic AI is the key to transforming the candidate experience.
