Role overview
ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in presales to support strategic opportunities in the MENA region.
The role supports customer buying journeys, solution positioning, BPM advisory, and technical solution delivery.
Essential functions
- Advocate for Business Process Management and support cross-functional teams through customer buying journeys.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and explain solution value, business impact, and BPM strategies.
- Advise customers on BPM best practices, solution implementation, architecture, security, and integration.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and Proofs of Value.
- Respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs with precision.
- Create industry-specific and use-case-specific showcases.
- Collaborate with product and development teams on customer-informed product enhancements.
