Role Overview
ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to join its team in Saudi Arabia.
The role supports and manages strategic ARIS opportunities across the MENA region.
The position advocates for Business Process Management and helps customers realize measurable business outcomes.
Essential Functions
- Lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and articulate the value of ARIS solutions and BPM strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and Proofs of Value.
- Respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Develop industry-specific and use-case-specific showcases.
- Collaborate with product and development teams on customer-driven product enhancements.
- Monitor BPM industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in presales.
