ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to support and manage strategic opportunities in the MENA region.
The role is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on customer-facing BPM solution architecture and presales activities.
Essential Functions
- Advocate for business process management and support cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
- Engage C-level stakeholders to explain solution value, benefits, and BPM strategies.
- Advise customers on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and proof-of-value projects.
- Respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Develop industry-specific and use-case-specific showcases.
- Align customer feedback with product and development teams for product enhancements.
- Monitor BPM industry trends and competitive developments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences.
