About the Role
PERSOL APAC seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead technical pre-sales for complex ICT projects. You will design end-to-end solutions covering HCI, Storage, and Cloud, and engage with CXO-level stakeholders in Government and Financial sectors.

- Design end to end ICT solutions covering HCI, Storage, and Cloud migration
- Take ownership of the technical portion of tender requests (RFP/RFI)
- Engage directly with CIOs and Technical Directors to influence decision making
- Apply deep industry knowledge of Government and/or Financial sectors to tailor solutions
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in ICT infrastructure, with a strong background in pre sales or technical advisory roles
- Deep knowledge of Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), Backup/DR, Storage, and Servers
- Hands on understanding of Public Cloud (OpenStack), SDN/NFV architectures, and core Datacom (Routing/Switching/Firewalls)
- Proven experience working with Government or Financial sector clients
- Strong consultative selling skills

The Role: Technical Leadership & Strategic Advisory
- This role acts as the technical lead for complex ICT projects, focusing on the pre sales phase.
- You will translate customer requirements into high performance architectures, focusing on scalability, security, and high availability.
- You will be the primary technical point of contact for CXO level stakeholders, particularly within the Government and/or Financial (FSI) sectors.
Responsibilities

- Apply deep industry knowledge of the Government and/or Financial sectors to tailor solutions to specific regulatory and operational needs
