- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and create scalable, cost effective solutions
- Design and propose comprehensive solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and security areas
- Conduct engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concept sessions for clients
- Develop detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, written solutions, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams for solution validation and pricing
- Assist with responses to RFPs/RFIs, Statements of Work (SOW), and relevant implementation documentation
- Ensure solution feasibility in partnership with delivery and engineering teams
- Stay informed on the latest cloud technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Relevant education in a technical field
- Experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within cloud or IT services
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (experience with AWS preferred; familiarity with Azure or GCP is advantageous)
- Proven ability to convert business needs into effective technical solutions
- Experience in proposal writing, costing, and solution design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to thrive in a fast paced, sales oriented environment
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Cloud Operations) preferred
