- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution
- Establish strategic partnerships with architects, designers, contractors, etc.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in relevant field in Middle East
- Experience in hospitality carpets, commercial flooring, or hospitality interior products preferred
- Strong network within the hospitality sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Job Overview
