Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
- 6 10 years of experience in software project management with proven track record of managing complex software development projects
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a must
- Experience in the software industry, particularly in developing and delivering software solutions for enterprise or consumer markets, is advantageous

Job Description
- The Senior Software Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of software development projects from initiation to completion.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of software development methodologies.
- The Senior Software Project Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of projects
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross functional teams (including developers, designers, and testers) to achieve project objectives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop contingency plans as necessary to mitigate risks
- Proactively anticipate potential problems and take corrective action to ensure successful project delivery
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, through regular meetings and reports

Requirements
