About the Role

- Design scalable, secure, and high performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and implementation best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor developers and technical leads, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware technologies
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies
- Support estimation, technical planning, and risk management activities
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and performance standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or similar technical leadership role
- Strong hands on experience with one or more of: Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds, Revenue Cloud, MuleSoft
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns
- Experience designing enterprise level solutions with focus on scalability, performance, and security
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications (preferred)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)
- Experience leading distributed or cross functional technical teams (preferred)

- Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
