Role overview
The role is for an experienced AI Engineer building production-grade generative AI solutions.
The work focuses on agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop scalable generative AI applications and agentic solutions.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop backend services, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for AI-driven products.
- Implement RAG, agentic RAG, tool calling, planning and reflection loops, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Optimize prompts, system instructions, and agent workflows for reliability and accuracy.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, third-party APIs, vector databases, and knowledge repositories.
- Monitor and evaluate model and agent performance with observability tools, metrics, and user feedback.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
- Document architectures and reusable solution patterns and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on generative AI and LLM application development experience.
- Strong Python proficiency and production application development experience.
