Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Production support- UAT Evt to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. #LI-AD12J
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- . Provide L2 production support for Prime Services applications. . Monitor application health and respond to production incidents, service requests, and alerts. . Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. . Analyze logs and application issues using UNIX/Linux commands. . Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, defect analysis, and reporting. . Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution. . Support batch jobs, end of day processing, and critical production releases. . Ensure adherence to SLA, ITIL, and operational processes. . Participate in on call support and production environment maintenance. . For senior profiles (5+ years): Lead incidents and mentor junior team members Drive automation and process improvements Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders
