Role overview
Snowflake's Customer Experience Engineering team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build intelligent data applications and diagnostic tools.
The team develops product features that reduce customer friction and help resolve issues using structured and unstructured data.
The role spans data manipulation, interactive UI design, performance optimization, AI-assisted application design, and scalable enterprise SaaS systems.
Responsibilities
- Implement projects across React, TypeScript, Nginx, Node.js, Java, and SQL.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and partner teams on product vision and planning.
- Deliver end-to-end features by identifying problems and instrumenting relevant components.
- Design and build AI-powered features and diagnostic tools.
- Own code quality and resolve AI-assisted tool errors before production.
- Create team norms, guides, and review policies for AI-assisted development.
Requirements
- B.E. or M.E. in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 4 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
