Role Overview
Lead large customer programs and drive new service opportunities across customers and internal stakeholders.
Act as the overall program lead and trusted advisor to customer C-suite and executive sponsor stakeholders.
Build program vision, strategy, use-case roadmaps, project plans, and delivery approaches.
Principal Program Manager Responsibilities
- Manage Snowflake implementations and coordinate multiple project and service workstreams.
- Deliver fixed-fee and highly scoped projects on time.
- Own project governance, including budget and revenue reconciliation.
- Lead large data migrations and code conversion efforts.
- Drive scope clarity, program execution, use-case identification, roadmapping, and risk analysis.
- Own the full project life cycle and ensure milestones, objectives, budget, and delivery commitments are met.
- Identify and mitigate program and project risks, including risks affecting workstreams outside the contract scope.
- Coordinate customers, partners, workstream owners, and internal stakeholders through clear expectations and timely communication.
- Articulate customer value through quantifiable metrics and drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and additional opportunities.
- Support sales pursuits through scoping, work estimation, delivery proposals, and regular delivery updates.
