Snowflake is hiring an outbound Sales Development Representative for its commercial segment.
The role creates pipeline from cold outbound activity without relying on an inbound queue.
The successful candidate combines high-volume outbound drive with fast, disciplined commercial qualification.
Core responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, and multichannel sequencing.
- Build target account lists using online research, intent signals, firmographic data, and competitive intelligence.
- Book 80 or more meetings and create 35 or more qualified opportunities per quarter.
- Qualify and disqualify accounts based on fit, urgency, and buying potential.
- Engage commercial buyers with relevant messaging tied to Snowflake's platform value.
- Partner with Account Executives on qualified opportunity handoffs and early deal progression.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, pipeline status, and prospecting data.
- Build knowledge of Snowflake's platform, use cases, and competitive positioning.
Ideal candidate qualifications
- 2–4 years of outbound SDR or inside sales experience, preferably in a commercial or high-velocity segment.
