Senior Software Engineer - Control Systems

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design and the software development lifecycle.

Experience with unit testing, automation and CI/CD practices.

A collaborative approach and experience working within Agile development teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to delivering high-quality software.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Experience supporting Agile delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement or Scrum ceremonies would be beneficial.

Experience in regulated industries, embedded systems, conta inerisation or modern cloud technologies would be an advantage.

Work Pattern (you are required to work from the Crawley HQ 4 days a week with 1-day WFH)
