Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent experience), with Agile and/or project management certifications such as SAFe, RTE, PMI, or PRINCE2 Agile preferred.
7+ years' experience leading Agile delivery within complex software, hardware, or technical environments, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programmes and product releases.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading workshops, Agile ceremonies, and planning events across multiple teams.
Solid technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, and systems teams in complex technical environments.
Experience delivering products within regulated industries and to international standards; healthcare IT or medical device experience is highly desirable.
