As a Specialist Technical Trainer , you will play a key role in developing and delivering world-class technical training programmes that enable Elekta colleagues and customers around the world to effectively support and maintain our advanced radiotherapy technology.
Working closely with Product Development, Global Service, and regional training teams, you will help shape the future of technical education by designing innovative learning solutions, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring consistent training standards across our global organisation. This role offers the opportunity to influence how technical knowledge is shared worldwide and directly supports our mission of improving cancer care for patients everywhere.

Higher education qualification in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong engineering knowledge covering areas such as electrical, electronic, mechanical, vacuum, radiation, and fault-finding principles.
Experience supporting, installing, or maintaining complex radiotherapy or medical technology systems, with particular interest in candidates who have worked with Elekta Unity hardware, MR-Linac technology, or have a strong field service engineering background within advanced healthcare equipment environments.
Broad technical field service expertise with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and support sophisticated hardware systems.
Experience designing and delivering technical training programmes, including assessment and competency evaluation.
Excellent presentation, coaching, and knowledge-transfer skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across different cultures and regions.

Work Pattern (you are required to work from the Crawley HQ 4 days a week with 1-day WFH)
