What You’ll Do
- Own quarterly goals and lead engineers through ambiguous problems and delivery.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on ideation, constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
- Identify and resolve project, process, technology, and business issues.
- Monitor metrics, support artifact availability, escalate issues, and participate in on-call efforts.
- Improve code review and design standards and advocate for quality and ownership.
- Provide feedback and guidance to develop talent on the team.
What We Look For
- Four or more years designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
