Overview
You will take full ownership of construction, installation, and commissioning readiness across multiple sites, ensuring: On-time delivery under aggressive schedules Strict budget control (CAPEX / OPEX) Highest quality standards (hyperscale) Zero Harm HSE performance Seamless coordination across multiple contractors and stakeholders Key Responsibilities Lead simultaneous Data Center construction sites Drive site execution strategy and daily operational decisions Manage critical systems (MEP, MV/LV, UPS, HVAC, generators) Control project schedule and critical paths, implement recovery plans Handle contractual aspects (variations, claims, change orders) Ensure commissioning readiness (FAT/SAT, punch lists, QA/QC) Enforce strict HSE standards across all activities Interface with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
