Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities, develop a portfolio of clients and build long term partnerships with major actors in Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Mining and Industrial sectors
- Manage the full business cycle from prospecting and commercial negotiations to contract signature and account development
- Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to deliver successful solutions to clients
- Represent IOTA Group across the region, strengthen market presence and contribute actively to growth strategy
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, or Engineering Services
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and successfully close commercial deals
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills, with a results driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in the UAE/Middle East and/or within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors would be a strong advantage

- As part of expansion in the Middle East, IOTA Group is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the UAE and the wider Gulf region.
What will you be doing?
- Identify new opportunities, develop a portfolio of clients and build long term partnerships with major actors in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Mining and Industrial sectors.
- Manage the full business cycle from prospecting and commercial negotiations to contract signature and account development while working closely with recruitment and operational teams.
- Represent IOTA Group across the region, strengthen market presence and contribute actively to growth strategy.
What are we looking for?
- A business hunter with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine appetite for developing new opportunities.
- Experience in Engineering Services, Technical Assistance, Recruitment, Staffing, Consulting or B2B Services.
- Experience within the UAE or the Middle East region would be a strong advantage.
Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Staffing or Engineering Services.
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and successfully close commercial deals.
