Job Description

  • Ready to build a business, not just manage one? As part of our expansion in the Middle East, IOTA Group is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across the UAE and the wider Gulf region.
  • This is more than a sales role! It is an opportunity to develop strategic client relationships, win new business, open doors with key industrial players and contribute directly to the growth of an international group operating in more than 150 countries.
  • You will enjoy a high level of autonomy, direct exposure to decision makers and the possibility to make a real impact on the development of our activities across Engineering, Technical Assistance, Recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR) and Project Support Services.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing a portfolio of clients and building long term partnerships with major actors in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Mining and Industrial sectors.
  • From prospecting and commercial negotiations to contract signature and account development, you will manage the full business cycle while working closely with our recruitment and operational teams to deliver successful solutions to our clients.
  • You will also represent IOTA Group across the region, strengthen our market presence and contribute actively to our growth strategy in one of the world's most dynamic business environments.

Qualifications

  • 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Staffing or Engineering Services.
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and successfully close commercial deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills, with a results driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in the UAE/Middle East and/or within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure or Industrial sectors would be a strong advantage.
