About the Role
ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS seeks an experienced Senior Site Architect to oversee architectural execution on-site for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
- Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, mock ups, and samples
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and structural engineers
- Attend site meetings and provide technical architectural guidance
- Prepare snagging and de snagging reports and monitor rectification works
- Track project progress against schedules and milestones
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority regulations
- Maintain records of inspections, RFIs, approvals, and as built documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- 10–15 years of architectural experience with at least 7 years in Dubai/UAE
- Proven experience on developer side projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction methodologies and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect with a strong background in delivering high quality residential, commercial, and mixed use developments in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural execution on site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, local authority regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
